- HOW TO SEND AN EMAIL  Using the Reddos database to send an email uses all the email addresses provided by the team member (player and/or Reddos manager/coach).   **Note**You won't be able to see the actual email addresses, but the secretary can create a report for you**
                         - The secretary can see if the email was opened and the date it was opened
                         - You can send to specific team members by unselecting  members within the group e.g. if you wanted to email the Defenders only).
                         - We can provide you with the latest team contact information, just email reddos.secretary@gmail.com

ADDITIONAL email addresses or information can be added by letting the secretary know (or players can update it themselves).  The Carlton Redcliffs website and database stores information about Registered Members and you can view, email, download lists or add players or "officials" (manager, co-coach etc) your team details and email your team from the database.
