• Carlton Redcliffs Team Managers will issue uniforms and make players aware of the Carlton Redcliffs uniform conditions
• The date of return of uniform to the Team Manager will be advised by the Team Manager.
• Players will return the Carlton Redcliffs uniform issued by the date agreed by the Team Manager
• Uniforms not returned will be invoiced/charged to the player at replacement costs, or if returned in a damaged condition
• Players are solely responsible for the care and upkeep of the uniform with which I have been issued.
• Players agree to read and follow the care and washing instructions on the garment tags within the garments.
• Players agree to inform my Coach or Manager of any damage that I may cause to my uniform and I understand that I may be charged a repair fee.
• Players are required to return uniform and/or pay for lost/damaged uniforms before they are able to continue playing for Carlton Redcliffs
Note: Receipt of a Carlton Redcliffs uniform constitutes acceptance of the above contract terms.
